About People First Allied Health

Personalised allied health support delivered with care, flexibility and respect.

Why We Started

At People First Allied Health, we believe every person deserves support that honours their goals, their life and their potential. We started this organisation to change the experience of allied health ,making care accessible, inclusive and genuinely person-centred. From our beginnings, we’ve been committed to putting people ahead of processes, offering help that adapts to you, not the other way around.

What Make Us Different

Many providers focus solely on one funding stream, one mode of delivery, or one demographic. At People First Allied Health, we stand out because:

Accessible for Everyone
We support both NDIS participants and private clients, making access simple and inclusive.
Flexible Delivery
Choose between video, face-to-face, or blended sessions so care fits your lifestyle.
Integrated Allied Health
We take a holistic approach, ensuring each service works together toward your goals.
Local and Connected
We combine professional expertise with genuine community values and understanding.
Consistent Relationships
You’ll see familiar faces who understand your needs, not a revolving door of providers.
Outcome-Focused Care
Our focus is on measurable progress, helping you achieve real results that improve daily life.

Our Approach & What Guides Us

Everything we do is guided by a people-first approach that values genuine connection, professionalism, and trust. These principles shape the way we work with every individual, helping us deliver care that is personal, respectful, and effective.

Empathy
We listen and build trust before we do anything else.
Integrity
Our interventions are evidence-based, transparent and accountable.
Collaboration
We work with you (and your supports) rather than doing things to you.
Flexibility
Whether via video, face-to-face or a blended model, we adapt to your life.
Respect
For your goals, your pace, your preferences.
Empowerment
We help people build confidence, skills, and independence so they can take charge of their own goals.
