Swallowing (depending on clinician scope)
Assessments and reports billed at the same hourly rate.

Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Only

• Suitable for both children and adults requiring communication support under NDIS

Chronic Disease Management Plan

Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Only

• Billed under the NDIS Recovery Coach support item
• Includes coaching, capacity building, goal setting, and collaboration with other supports

Suitable for mental health treatment, assessments, behavioural intervention, counselling, anxiety, depression, trauma-informed care, ASD/ADHD support, and more.

Rebate availability varies depending on referral type; many neurodevelopmental assessments are privately billed.

Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Only

Capacity-building therapy, behavioural support, emotional regulation, and functional mental health support

• Up to 10 rebated sessions per year under the Better Access Initiative
• Rebate processed immediately after payment 

Suitable for therapeutic intervention, functional skill development, mental health–informed OT, assistive technology training, daily living skills, and ongoing capacity-building support.

A thorough assessment designed to support:

• NDIS access applications
• Disability Support Pension (DSP) applications
• Formal functional reporting required by other services or agencies

This process typically includes 12–15 hours of combined work:

• 2–3 direct assessment sessions (f2f or Telehealth (via zoom)
• Review of clinical history and relevant documentation
• Standardised and non-standardised assessments
• Functional observations across multiple environments (if applicable)
• Collaboration with supports, family, or providers (with consent)
• A detailed evidence-based report with recommendations

We prioritise urgent NDIS access requests where possible and aim to complete assessments efficiently.

We follow the current NDIS Price Guide, which includes direct sessions, non-face-to-face work, report writing, preparation, and travel (km-based) and time travel to and from appointment.
